Great Service I had a great experience with Jody’s Auto! They provided amazing service and did an excellent job with my brakes. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate the quality of work and how well they treated me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing brake work or other auto repairs!

Great people, great crew. Fixed the exhaust on my mustang. I highly recommend them. Affordable prices. Great turn around time. Best of all. When it is done, it is done right. 10/10

Expect to always get taken care of at Jody’s. Anytime my car has had a problem they have met my needs very quickly. The staff is respectful and the shop has a friendly and welcoming environment. Shout out to Heath for taking care of my car!!

James literally saved me thousands of dollars and saved me from having to go to the OEM dealership where they wanted around $1k just to keep it for 6 hours to diagnose it (parts not included). He knew what was wrong with my vehicle (turns out, nothing) within less than 3 minutes, literally. He's the most honest, helpful, knowledge, and down-to-earth out of the several other mechanics around Ft. Smith I took it to. He explained so much to me and to my family so that we understood everything, and he took extra time doing so which no other shop did. My family and I will only be using Jody's moving forward, and I'll promote them as long as I live in Arkansas. Thank you, sir! You restored my faith in humanity today.

I will continue to highly recommend Jody‘s for Excellent Customer Service.. Finding an fixing your problems that you have with your vehicle..Cost Efficient.. You are made a Priority.. From my experience with taking my vehicles to Automotive services that aren’t a dealership.. This reputable company in my opinion is the best In Fort Smith, Arkansas.. I was extremely impressed with Heath, who is very thorough in taking down your information on what the car is doing or not doing.. Also, and foremost, James Finley His store manager took it upon himself to go directly out to my Tahoe that had to be towed in.. Found the problem and got me out of there as fast as possible.. All of the guys that I met in his shop that I had dealings with were extremely professional and knowledgeable.. It is my recommendation that you give Jody’s the opportunity to fix your automobile due to the integrity and the professionalism I experienced..
